The Minnesota Lynx moves one game away from a trip back to the WNBA finals. By beating the Washington Mystics 93-83 in game two the WNBA semi finals. Minnesota Lynx player and WNBA 2017 MVP Sylvia Fowles led her team with 25 points and 9 boards. Maya Moore added 22 points and Seimone Augusta chipped in 15.
Unlike game one of the series, Washington actually played Minnesota tight until the fourth quarter. With just five minutes left in the game, and Washington leading by two. Minnesota went on to finished the game with a 20-8 run.

If the Mystics some how find a way to win game three of this series. Game four will be played at Mc Donough Area on Georgetown Campus. This is the arena where Georgetown women basketball and Georgetown volleyball team normally play their home games.
According to the WNBA, the change was made because of a scheduling conflict, with singer Ed Sheeran being in town. However, it’s very hard for me to see the Mystics leaving Minnesota with a win Sunday night.
