More trash headed to Brooklyn

Back the dump truck up as more trash is being dropped in Brooklyn. As the Brooklyn Nets and  Ed Harris have agreed to a one year  4 million dollar deal. The 6ft 10 journeymen have played for the Raptors, Grizzlies, Lakers,  Trailblazers and now the Nets. He averaged 5 points and 7 rebounds in 19 minutes for the Portland Trailblazers last season.

He should fit in fine with Brooklyn Nets. Since they have a roster full of “wannabees”, or should I say,  a roster full of role players.  Critics like to say how the Brooklyn Nets can’t get a top-notch free agent to sign with them. Which is true  (especially when they don’t try).  The team’s philosophy is to grab players from other teams bench (es) and overpay them (example Allen Crabbe) Which is something even I can do.

However, if I was in the position to make some of these useless moves that Nets GM Sean Marks has made, I would be crucified by the media but since it’s Marks. He’s being paraded as some great strategist !.

For years I’ve been saying Sean Marks has done nothing for Brooklyn since his arrival. But then again if you think winning 48 games in two seasons is good. Then maybe we should give Marks the executive  of the year award.
