The Brooklyn Nets were pretty much able to take control of this game in the first half and keep the Jazz at bay.  With their leading scorer D’ Angelo Russell in the hospital recovering from knee surgery. Spencer Dinwiddie ran the offense like an ace.  Brooklyn’s a team who normally commits a lot of turnovers. But was able to keep the turnovers down to 12 tonight

Side Note

The Nets GM Sean Marks has up to January to apply for an disable player exceptions with Jeremy Lin being out for the season.  Lin is in the second year of a 36 million dollar  deal. He played 36 games last season due to injuries. Then caught a season ending injury. In the  first game of this NBA season . If the Nets were smart they would look to dump Lin as soon as he recovers. The team just can’t afford to resign him with his medical history.
